Bought 2 pairs initially. One pair had a manufacturing defect with the button. It was not punched properly and came apart after a few times wearing. We had already gone by Amazon's return time. We contacted the manufacturer. They wanted us to pay to mail it them. I told them that this was an obvious manufacturing issue. They then agreed to mail me a return label to send it to them. I sent it back. They agreed it was their problem and replaced it with the exact same item. From start to finish the process took about 4 weeks which is frustrating at the peak of short season. (We did end up buying another pair to make it through).
Cons: customer service made it seem that I was guilty of damaging the shorts when it was clearly their issue. If I did pay the upfront return shipping costs they wouldn't have refunded me the shipping charge. IT was all them and they didn't want to put anything out to make a customer feel better. Having to fight for a return label makes me think that they are a very tight fisted company that won't do the right thing for a customer.
AS fair as the product goes, it was great except that I did get a dud.
PS, once they agreed there was a manufacturing issue, they were really nice to me.

Too small. Two pair were the same. I wear 33 or 34, with 34 being pretty loose. These 34s are disco-tight. Back they go.
The material is pretty light, too, which is good if the usual heavy shorts are too warm. Bad if you need durability.
