These are the most perfect boot cut jeans I've ever had! I think they were mistakenly called straight leg on Amazon for the sanded dark color since other websites including Levi's have it listed as boot cut and they also fit as such. It gives an illusion of a flatter tummy. The dark wash on these are perfect! I love them so much that I bought two! I bought 1 regular length for my higher heels and one petite for my not so high heels. Finally the best dark denim bootcut jeans I've ever owned! Yay!
I was looking for a mid rise bootcut jean that wouldn't gap in the waist. I usually wear a size 2, and can never find a mid rise affordable jean in that size. I tried on these jeans in a petite size 4 in a store and they were flattering except for the length, which was too short. I am 5'3". I was thrilled to find them on Amazon, and for a good price! After washing and drying the length of these regular size 4 is good. There is a half inch to spare. There is no gap in the waist, due to the hidden elastic. Also, the spandex makes it form fitting, but not tight, so it works for a size 2 figure like mine. In the front they rise to about 1 1/4 inches below the waist, and sit on the waist in the back. Comfortable and flattering!
