My husband has been in search of the perfect belt to replace his broken in and breaking belt from high school! Could not find in brown but this one in black was the closest match. So far seems to be holding up and very substantial / thick leather. Did not get 5 starts because the sizing is off. For a 36 jeans size in Levi's, we needed to order a 40 inch belt. I ended up having to order this belt 3 times to get the right size!
I am going on forty and this is the worst belt i have ever owned by far. It is not leather as advertised. As soon as I got it, folded in to a knot to test its strength and it started to tear. Amazon should perform some due diligence before allowing vendors to sell products on their platform. Only buy this belt if you want to give it out as a gift to someone you don't like much.
