I had been looking for a nice pair of straight leg jeans for a while. I am not into really low rise jeans and as someone who is 25 and not 55 I really wanted them to still be contemporary enough without sacrificing comfort. I bought these because they were on sale and I have to say I would have probably paid the full price. This is my first time buying a pair of Levis. I am a size 12 and do have wide calves so sometimes straight leg jeans are hard to wear but I felt like these were very flattering. The rise is high enough to keep your butt where it belongs (IN the pants) and low enough to not be mom jeans. At 5'6" I found that if I want to wear them with flats I do have to cuff them, but I actually like this because I can uncuff to wear with heels. Perfecto! Also, my fiance adds that my butt looks great in them, so...BONUS
These jeans are rare in that I was comfortable in them from the start. Most jeans are not as I am short. Nothing seems to fit right. They were a little long but worth it as they fit me perfectly. I will be getting more of them.
